Essence of the Underworld (NYI) - become a phoenix mount

MMO Champion discovered 8000 items added to the game in the latest patch, one of the interesting ones being the following link:

Requires Level 85
Item Level 85
Requires Riding (300)
Learning
Use: Teaches you how to transform into the Twilight Phoenix, allowing you to fly and carry an ally with you. This is a very fast mount.

Turning into a mount someone can ride? o_O That sort of thing makes me think of what many druids have been asking for, but by referring to the Underworld it makes me wonder if anyone can obtain this as a rare drop, if it is class specific or if something special is required. Clicking on the link in its use takes you to a spell page with this info:

By value does that mean you would need the ashes or that it just gives similar properties? I recall reading that the Ashes of Al'ar mount is the fastest mount in the game.

Yeah! Being able to turn into a mount is really interesting to me. Why not a two seater? The idea of flying around as a phoenix is definitely fun, it's already a lot of fun as a druid in flight form. I wonder at what kind of grief you could cause others and if it comes with a parachute. :p

ZOMG! They can keep tree form if they give us Phoenix form.... although it wouldn't actually make much sense. Maybe for a mage (thinking the blood mage back in WC3 + the idea of self-polymorph) but druids should shapeshift into dragons if anything for mountable flying form. I know... it would be a lol-lore, but at this point, not even blizzard takes that seriously...

Of course, being a mountable flying form, I would still want to dive bomb things midair.
bird -> kitty = safe landings and happy smiles...
rider -> oops = not so safe landings. not so happy smiles...

I still love Top Gunning on my balance druid.
