The Wrath of Deoxys!

Heracross flew in, carrying the little cat, who was still having a hard time coping with the loss of her husband.

"Here she is...she's still mourning though....." said Heracross

Tira waddled up to the Skitty and nudged her with her nose. "Hi Mrs. Skitty! My name's Tira!"

"H-hi Tira...n-nice to meet you....." replied the Skitty.

Solara blinked, surprised. "Upset? I...Yeah. Angry. Sad. Bitter. I miss my sister. She died in our first encounter with Deoxys, and seeing everyone else, it makes me feel so out of place. They all have family, friends, people they know from beyond this. I had Shad, now I have nothing. That's why I hate Deoxys so much. He took everything from me. And there's nothing I can do to get it back!" Solara snapped, lashing her tail, before swallowing and trying to relax.

"...I just feel so lonely and out of place. But if I show weakness, I fall. That's what I was always taught, to avoid capture. To show weakness is to be lost..." She murmured softly.

"Ahh.. I see. It must be hard losing your sister like that." Physis gave a sympathetic smile, "But you're wrong. You don't have nothing; you have everyone here! While they may not be related to you by blood, they're still your family." He sighed heavily, "I know what it's like to feel lonely and out of place... When I was still a little Larvitar living in the Safari Zone, all the other Larvitar picked on me, cause I was smaller and weaker than them. You see, I was never like others of my kind, I didn't like fighting. Even now, I'm hardly like other Tyranitar, I'm calm, not like the aggressive beasts other Tyranitar are. I was very out of place back then, til my Trainer found me, that is. She caught me, and I became a part of her family; not blood relation family, but the family she had with her Pokemon."

He smiled down at Solara, "So, you see? You're never really alone, as long as you have your friends."

Sparky sat with Jingle and whispered, "Who would've thought something as big and mean looking as that would have such a beautiful, heartfelt story...."

He was a little teary eyed.

Tira looked curiously at the Skitty. She wasn't sure why she was crying, but recalling how Desna covered her eyes at one point in the battle, she decided that it might be best not to say anything. "Mrs. Skitty? You look sad. Is there anything that would make you cheer up?" She tilted her head, plopping down beside the little pink Pokémon.

Olivia stirred and sat up as she listened in on Solara and Physis's conversation. "If it's worth anything, I can relate to that too a bit. Molls and I?" She thrust a thumb at the sleeping Gardevoir. "We're like sisters. We've been together since the start of our journey. And Desna over there? He's kind of like everyone's big brother. Adoptive dad to Tira. Listen to that Tyranitar. It sounds like he knows what he's talking about."

(( I so want to have a good pokemon that isn't legendary but...I have a short list of pokemon I enjoy playing, gah. ))

Solara nodded slowly. "You're...right. They are. I'd protect them with my life, and they'd protect me with theirs..." She said thoughtfully, "And...as a family, we'll all make it out of this together." A slow, content smile creeped along the espeon's face. She was feeling much better, a little less lonely, and a little more hopeful. No more of them would die. They would all pull through together. And then, a realization hit her.

"...If we're talking of family....Do you think Deoxys might have one?" She asked, in general, jsut honestly curious at the thought.

The Firesong Pack was restless. Despite Xeyvron's mission earlier, they were all bored, listless, cooped up. All the humans were gone. There was no prey to hunt. And resting was only so exciting. Wisp whined to the Beta, Kar, "Uncle Kar...This is boring! I want to go hunting, or at least explore!"

"Deoxys with a family... what an odd thought." Desna pondered it. "I cannot say I would be too happy with a family of Deoxys, to tell you the truth." He winced. "One is enough for me. He doesn't seem to have anyone with him. Though he apparently came from space in some kind of meteor. Maybe there are others like him way out there?" He looked up at the sky.

nightmare flew up to solara "Beside's we don't know if you're the only without any family members still alive somna's a coli's pasts are unkown still" nightmare smiled "They could also be familyless beside's us" nightmare pondered at the thought "it's interesting...but I honestly can't imagine any more"

Solara nodded. "Yeah....More Deoxys's (Deoxyi?) would be bad. One is pretty nasty." She gave a grin. "Though....it makes me wonder, though. If there were more....What if we got to it first, convinced it we're not all that bad? Deoxys vs. Deoxys....That thought....it kind of scares me, to be honest."

[Senna-Umbreon]

A pair of red eyes watched the group from the tree's, seeming to glow on their own. If they were nearly spotted, however, they would move to another spot in an instant, a low laugh accompanying it. Perhaps being seen would be a good idea...no, no it was more fun to watch and wait from the shadows that he so easily blended into.

The group seemed a bit large for him, he wouldn't be able to do much about all of them. And at least one of them could tear him to itty bitty spirty bits! And that did not sound like fun, not at all. Best to wait and watch and present one's self at the right time, yes in deed. He settled back onto his branch, his eyes never leaving the group and a grin on his face.
