Yeah, I don't understand the whole mentality, either. It's like people see a red name and only think "enemy", forgetting that there's another person behind another screen. Screenshots will be here everntaully, PB isn't working for some reason. /:

Ugh.. That's so crappy. :\

I'm sorrie on behalf of the horde that you got griefed so hard for so long by someone so careless and callous..

So glad to hear you got him. ^_^

He's a wonderful pet, and that was an amazing name you picked out for him.

Aw, epic grats, you deserved that tame a hell of a lot more than anyone who sat there killing you :)

Unfortunately I suppose it's the sort of territory that comes with a PVP server - doesn't mean that those who do it need to grow up any less though, lol.

I don't know why people bother camping these pets anymore, to be honest. They can be easily found without camping considering no one seems to camp for them anymore. The only spirit beast I actually camped for was Loque, but that's because I was dying to have him.

I can understand why some people would do it though, the thrill feeling when the pet spawns at last and you really feel like it's been earned.

But what I do is come back and check once in a while and the pet will be there waiting for you one day. Also good to note I'm on a high population realm.

I actually camp because, believe it or not, I prefer it to the just coming by every once in a while. I dunno, I've done both and I like camping best! Kind of crazy.

Well, that's not totally true. I hate the camping while it's going on, I get bored and cranky and start going crazy. But when I get the pet, I end up caring for it more than the ones I do flybys for or randomly find. The ones I camp tend to get kept, while the ones I come by every once in a while to check for get dumped.

I can't really explain it, but there it is!

I would say it's similar for me as well, it's just that checking once in a while is the much easier option.

Also I'm very attached to my Sambas and technically I didn't camp for him either. All I did was wake up early every morning before college and do a quick fly around to look for him. But it took over two months of doing that to get him so I still feel that he was well earned.

This. Thisthis. Thisthisthis. So simple and so much easier on the sanity.
