Oh, 10.
Then you shouldn't really have any problem. It's probably the execution of your fight. Slow healers? Bad kitetank? DPS are stupid?
Try a new strategy. Check YouTube videos.

Re: Rotface
combo of slow healers. It could very well be the healers. What's screwing us is ppl start dropping off one by one and then once the first healer goes the raid wipes shortly after. One time I got the mark and I made my way to outside of the raid and as I left I had half health. Then the small orb came after me and I died because I wasn't being healed. I mentioned this to the raid leader/Gm and he never responded...

Re: Rotface
Wall of text inc...
Rotface is the first really difficult boss of ICC because he's an execution check. We have dragged some lesser geared groups through him with the 10% buff by virtue of most everyone there knowing the fight.
So my guess is that it's a combination of being undergeared and not executing the fight properly.
From what you're describing, I would guess that the healers are unaware of the DoT that getting infected leaves on you. It's not dispellable; it needs to be healed through. I would NOT recommend cleansing totem if you're having execution problems. Assign one person to dispel the infected people so the damage is controlled, as well as the initial dropping of the little ooze.
Gadano is ridiculously undergeared for ICC at all, let alone Rotface. Even as an offtank, he must take craploads of mana to keep up. That's another question: is he tanking the big ooze or Rotface? Paladin tanks are quite convenient on the big ooze, but your warrior's not nearly geared enough to hold Rotface. I'd recommend running him through ToC 10 for upgrades, in addition to the ICC 5 heroics. Pantheon could stand to gem for some mitigation in addition to stamina. You've got some undergeared dps as well. The rogue, for example, has an ilevel 200 trinket and a GREEN trinket. There's a good amount of 245 and 264 loot in there, though, so it's just a matter of ditching the gear below 232, or at least getting most of each player's gear above that level.
In addition to the basic problems, it seems like some of your raiders don't really know their classes. The elemental shaman is rockin' the 264 badge cloak....the one with spirit. (I'm hoping he had no better option.) The resto druid had logged in his feral gear/spec, but was wearing moonkin bracers. The aforementioned prot warrior has mongoose on his tanking weapon. I have no idea what the fury warrior is doing with his gems. The combat rogue is gemmed completely for agility; he's ready for Cata, but at the moment, he should be gemmed for AP. The holy priest is gemming for mp5 and has a crit-spirit gem (?!). As for yourself, you might want to drop the haste off your cloak and bow, going for agility and crit respectively.
TL;DR: I don't think this is a healing issue. If people are undergeared, they're going to lose all their hp faster than the healers can heal them, no matter what they do. Keep gearing people up and make sure they check Elitist Jerks for basics on playing their classes. Then work on group execution.

Re: Rotface
This is a continual problem with the ICC raids. People seem to expect that because the raid is there, they should be able to raid it, especially if they are in a guild that does raid. But ICC is not TOC, it is not Ulduar, it is not Naxx. You need proper raid composition with people who are properly geared for it, who know their class, who can study the fights, all working under a raid leader who can clearly lay out the strategies and then be able to follow them.
As a former RL of mine said "It's Icecrown Citadel, not Icecream Citadel!". This raid really requires a lot of everyone involved.
I have not checked out your raid, but I trust Kalliope's assessment and believe what she is saying to be accurate. GearScore doesn't matter one bit if a person made bad gear choices, and unless there are nine fantastic players in your group, you cannot carry one undergeared player.
If your tanks are taking an absurd amount of healer attention to keep up, that is not good for the raid. I know some tanks think they should have a constant stream of heals on them, but this is not the case. Tanks that require nearly 100% healing drain healer mana fast and prevent healers from tending to the rest of the raid.
Rotface is also a very movement-intensive fight, but you can't all run around like loons, you have to control your movement. You have to control the oozes, ensure Infected players have their ooze cleansed and then that player must ensure their small ooze merges with another ooze. When the Unstable Ooze is about to explode, just move to a spot where no-one was standing, don't run to the hills.
Personally, I would step back and evaluate your raid group for gear, for fight knowledge and inquire with the RL whether he sees the issues.

Re: Rotface
Actually...Gadano Is the main tank and Pan is the offtank that kites.
Re: Rotface
Looks to me like Pantheon should be main tanking that fight. I fully agree with the strategy of having a Paladin tank be the kite tank since that person can also manage the cleanses, but Pantheon far outgears Gadano. If you guys keep Gadano as MT on that fight, you're going to continue to have problems. How does he do on Festergut?
I would put Gadano on as kite tank and assign a healer to him for cleansing and healing both him and the infected player.

Re: Rotface
If he's an amazing warrior who just happens to have crappy gear this late in the game, due to leveling an alt first or something, then I agree with Anansi to swap them. Warriors have it a bit rough on kiting the ooze, though, so if Gadano is kinda dodgy as a tank in general, I'd focus on gearing him up to be able to take Rotface's hits.
I'm surious as to how he does on Festergut as well; that must be a real nightmare for the healers.

Re: Rotface
Well they have only downed festergut once and the raid leader has extended the raid lock sense then. I was not there for the fight so I don't know how anyone did for festergut.
