Name: Lore <Keeper of Knowledge>

Spawns: The crater of Old Dalaran, in the center. Likely a 8-16 hour spawn time.
Details on Spawn
- There is no beast at first. If she spawns, she spawns as a simple book. It's brown, with gold pages and a gold eyeball on the cover. This book can be opened, and when opened a flashing light appears, making the book raise up into the air. The spirit-owl Lore appears, and attacks. She can be killed or tamed. If left alone for ten minutes or more, she turns back into the book.

Level: Level 85 elite. (Aggressive when activated)

Description: (Pic shows it all, but...) An owl, completely made out of parchment. Each feather is a thin strip of parchment with runes drawn on. The parchment is old and crackly. On the end of its wing-finger feathers, the runes glow bright yellow. Glowing halo-like rings hover off of the wings, one off each tip. The tail of this owl is made up of several long strips of paper, several of them holding similar glowing rings. The two middle papers come together to hold a larger ring. Finally, it has two long whisker-like papers coming from its head, both of which hold a ring.
Its head has the Book of Lore placed on it, the single eye on the book's cover acting as the owl's eye.

Attacks:
Tamed
-Keeps the Spirit Beast heal.
-Loses Spirit Walk, gaining Soul Snatch instead. This disarms the enemy and silences it for 3 seconds.
-Gains the ability "Fold", letting her turn back into the Book of Lore. This is an appearance-only ability. She can't move as a book, nor can she attack.
Wild
-Burst of Knowledge : Attacks the foe with a burst of knowledge, stunning them for three seconds and dealing 50k. However, this skill is only cast once every 9 seconds.
-Mind Drain : A channeled attack that drains the enemy's health and slows their casting speed by 30%. Deals 10k every second for 5 seconds.

Origins: The Book of Lore was an experiment that the mages of Dalaran carried out while they were still in the old location. They bound all the information in their entire library into one single book, hoping to create a super computer of sorts. However, the immense amounts of information and knowledge created a sort of mind of its own, and the power of it all killed the mages that were working with it. The owl that is now called Lore was created, a being made up of pure knowledge. It was seen as extremely dangerous and was stored away, then forgotten about when Dalaran was moved. The book now lays forgotten. However, hunters of skill could manage to harness its energy and tame the wild creature.

It was really hard to decide on a winner. Everyone had great ideas! I'd sooo tame any of these!! But this one is going to have to go to Vephriel! I read them all several times and though it was close with about three or four hers always stuck out giving me that I have to go to Uldum now and sit for hours hoping I get that beast this feeling. So grats to Veph and good work everyone who entered!
