Thank you - that's what I was asking about, but l guess I didn't state it very well. I like how you've said it here.Wain wrote:I think the question has become a bit muddled but is not about what the journal displays but which the achievements will count.
Well, that's me in a nutshell. I'm over 250 mounts right now on one faction (probably around 240 of that was obtained on a single character even, which is more than crazy) but I've never bothered picking up mounts on my horde toons. So suddenly my fairly large collection has turned into a decent, above average collection, since I don't even have the basic city faction mounts on horde.Wain wrote:If so, maybe they will jump forward and place the next mount achievement at a much higher number. The downside to that would be that any collectors who like to play just one faction would suddenly feel a lot of pressure to play the other as well as there is a HUGE gain in mounts by doing that. In fact, if they adjust the goals based on the assumption you'll have mounts from both factions then it would become impossible to reach the higher goals without playing both. And with each new faction mount added that gap will become wider. It'll be interested to see how they handle it, anyway.
I know getting those mounts isn't hard. I don't mind putting in the work. But I feel kind of forced to do it even though I really don't want to play anything but my main.
