Spesifically zerg for my new ant model Silithid.
a cliche perhaps but anyways

I'd go for something like Hirakier or Sorakiss for a Silithid, even if it isn't very zerg-ish.
Trickalisk? CreepTumor? Infector? :P

Cliche? I have never seen anyone with a Starcraft name, kudos to you!

Defiler or Drone springs to mind, also, if he/she/it has a gender, Kerrigan is nice.

Not strictly Starcraft, but I like Creeper for those things. It really fits. ;_;

Or if none of those float your boat, Klendathu is the planet on which the 'Bugs' from Starship Troopers originate from, and Blizzard took inspiration from this film for Silithids. =3 I like it as a name. x

How about Zasz, after a Zerg Cerebrate from original Starcraft? I don't know why, but it seems to suit an ant silithid.
