Help Needed (photoshop/sig)

Hey guys. Need some help. I had pooksie make a great sig for me (I love it):

I just got my "Bloody Rare" achievement ingame and wanted to add that image to my sig. Took me about 2hrs to mess around/re-learn photoshop (haven't used it in years) and heres how my finalized version came out:

Only problem now is the pet gallery isn't animated. So my question to you guys is: 1) what might I have done to mess with the animation portion or 2) what do I need to do to properly add my Bloody Rare cut-out image to that current file, while not messing up the animation?
