Today I was just running my routes looking for Loque or King Krush in Sholazar Basin and a random person asked for help killing the litch guy in the cave near Loque spawn point so I figured why not. After helping him out, we parted ways and I continued my route towards Loque's first spawn point and boom! My NPCScanner goes off. Boy was my heart pounding and still is, I guess the saying is true, Good things really do happen to good people.

You gotta love NPCscan huh? I DO! I woulda gone mad without it. Some spawns weren't even loaded on my screen and NPCscan picked em up. It was a real life saver.

OT: Congrats on the tame! He's one of the best ones out there!! It just sucks you need to be BM for it!

Just to reinforce the theme of this thread (and to share my incredible good fortune!), I thought I'd pass along that I JUST tamed Arcturis. 6:48pm server time on Zul'Jin. I had just finished mailing a guildie (who runs with a different raid group than I do) the Crossfire Carbine. I guess it's the gun every warrior tank wants. Anyway, just after I finished sending it to him, I see that we have a rolling server restart incoming. I figured it was a good idea to park my hunter near Arc's spawn point in case the restart triggered his spawn. I flew down, and within 30 seconds, NPCscan went off. SCORE!

Don't give up fellow hunters! Good fortune is out there. And if you're alliance on ZJ, watch for me in general - I always broadcast if I see a rare.
