Hey guys, as some of you know i posted a topic on my ghost hydra, many of you said not to get rid of him, but im thinking about getting The Beast and "Setting free" my ghosty. Im realy leaning towards it, but if i get rid of him, try and fail and fail and fail that would suck. Has anyone tamed him before? And how much did he hit for while you tamed?

In my opinion, i honestly do think keep the hydra. The Beast will be more likely to be able to tame forever (or until Cata,when stuff gets revamped, but didn't they say they're were going to do something to the stables in 3.3?) while you will never get a chance to get the hydra again.

As for Beat info, I haven't done the tame, so no clue.

Red corehounds arent very likely to vanish. the entire world blows up! dont be surprised if you see more red two headed puppies walking about in cata, while you most likely never willl be able to get another ghost hydra.

Yes, keep the Hydra. Thinking about it now red corehounds are most likely not going to be retired, and I think Blizz confirmed they are leaving MC pretty much untouched. So all you'd need to do is get an alt high enough in level and drag it there later.

Blizz has pretty much only released the possibility on just Zhevra becoming tameable- nothing else. So don't risk losing your one chance to have a Hydra :<


though if it was possible he would have a very loving home with Yasindra :(
