Was doing some questing on my druid (who hit 85 a few hours before server shutdown) and decided to look to see if Sambas was up just out of complete curiosity. Flew over all his spawn spots and since he was cached I had to fly down low to see if he was up. Found him at the [38,53] area and did a /who search for any hunters. No hunters so I quickly logged out and onto my hunter who was sitting in the center of Orgrimmar and did /yell announcing he was up. A hunter quickly whispered me and I advised them to head to TH and I would be on my druid. Quickly logged out and back on my druid and put a raid icon back on Sambas, found the hunter and joined party.
After accidentally pulling aggro on Sambas while the hunter was taming (I was trying to heal the hunter xD) I died, but the hunter did get their Sambas. They offered me gold but I refused it. I rather see him go to someone who wants him vs a payout even if I could have used it. I am just happy to see fellow hunters get rares like Sambas because I know it can be a pain in the royal behind to camp them and actually luck out on finding them.
