Missing pet abilities?

So I have noticed this on 2 new hunters I have created recently.My night elf has the starter kitty and my goblin has Echeyachee and a jungle panther. All 3 of these pets started out with only claw and growl. Where is prowl? My goblins cats got their prowl back, but not my night elf so far. Has anyone else noticed this happening?

Most likely due to level. From what I remember, pets gain their special ability at level 20. :D (Though I believe bats are still getting theirs sooner for some odd reason. Dunno if it was fixed, but it was like that for a while at least.)

Hmm, I though they started out with prowl. I seem to remember any cat I have tamed in the past automatically being in prowl mode when tamed annoying the heck out of me, lol. Maybe it was at a higher level though. I never heard of this special ability at level 20 thing, but that does make sense. The goblin hunter is level 22 now, but I'm not sure when her kitties got their prowl. Well, my night elf is level 15 now so not too much longer.

Edit: I hit level 20 and kitty kitty went right into prowl mode, lol.

My 19 twink cat has prowl, but not roar of courage =/

On tuesday they tried to fix the -20 pets.
So bat still has its stun and all others get a special at lvl 20.
