Check on the quests after you did them earlier in the day, but before they're supposed to officially reset.

Server first kinda really isnt a big thing. Its important to you yes but I doubt many other hunters would really care, all they want is who/when/where/how and to sit back at their camp spot.

The only nice thing about it is being out of the way of the rest of the pack. Honestly, when you're the only one there, it's not exactly a big deal to be the first. It's just a cool experience to be able to walk around and see everyone up.
