Which, you ask?
Umm, any will do. I really didn't care. I wasn't in love with any of the skins, but I have a newly-emptied stable slot, a lot of time on my hands and I wanted a bit of a thrill.
I like Deth'tilac, I like Kirix, but mostly I like Solix. That's the one that I liked most when I first saw these pets--it looked more "fiery" than the others to me.
So I've been sitting in the spider area of Molten Front for several hours, Eagle Eyeing all of the spawnpoints periodically and watching like a hawk for the supposedly tameable green spiderlings. Hunters are coming and going in droves, but the only real campers were over at Skarr's point. Finally, a rare popped, and it happened to be Solix. I got the shakes, of course, and ran exactly the wrong way, nearly jumping off the druids' cliff, before turning myself around. I took a great deal of fall damage jumping down to his cave, and then steadied myself.
He hit the first trap, Entrapment procced, I got some range and laid the second--and he ran right past it. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH SHIII--
I then proceeded to madly kite him around his cavern at max range, wondering what the hell to do next. I just went with it, and alternated concussive and snake trap to keep him away. Then, Ice Trap came back off cooldown, and I dropped that--THIS time making sure I placed it right!
I don't think he looks half-bad with my hunter. It's really too bad I'm BM; I'd really just get irked at myself for using a root pet that doesn't have a silithid buff in PvP
