After a few awesome BGs he took a break to chat with his gf and I decided to get off my roost and fly around the top of the Regrowth. Heading back towards Nordu's old spot NPCScan decideds to give me both a gift and a heart attack!
There walking slowly among the trees right at me was none other then Ankha! (I thought that Ank ran around fast and crazy. Is it Mag that does that instead?) Dropping to the ground from my majestic sparkly pony uber alt mount and try to start the tame. When all of it goes wrong!
I was naked and knew where my tame button was what was happening!?!?
*insert major panic here*It turns out that I had not dismissed my pet from when I was PVPing with my brother. AHHHH NOOO BAD CAT STOP!!!
My pet died and I died not to mention the lil flaming bugger that joined in the beating as I was trying to run away and FD and stop my cat from being stupid. *insert angry, sad, paranoid, MEGA PANIC MODE*
Flying like a dead bat out of Hell towards my corpse knowing in the back of my head that some other person had popped put of the either to steal *MY* tame. Telling my brother that was not looming over my shoulder watching all this, that I was going to freak out if I lost another tame here (more of that below lol). I got back to my corpse rezzed and tried to dismiss my pet when that fire brute started to beat on my butt again. Ran away and FD, rez pet and dimiss him, eat food since I'm almost dead all while PANICING! Mount up majestic sparkly pony uber alt mount and fly in the direction he was heading.

Drop down tag him (which I hardly ever tag pets and just tame them. Dumb I know but I was not giving fate another stab in the eye) and hit tame.
COME ON COME ON COME ON! YESSSSSS!!!!
Ankha came home and is now Oruis. (Named for my druid. Only random generated name toon I have and just loved that name so I needed a awesome pet to name that as well.) So happy I did not think I'd see let alone get to tame one tonight (Friday going into a Saturday). He is also the one I want most on Brophy.
Now just two more Anks for Bodhran and Vargr and all the other rares >.>
