It's one of those games I've been meaning to try, but as of yet I have not got my hands on it. I hear it's supposed to be awesome though. One of my friends works for BioWare so he was definitely saying good things about it. :D

Ah, this game brings back some good memories. The son of one of my college professors is one of the head-honchos of Bioware, so I was able to get a tour through the place when they were developing this game. I was told one fun bit of infomation, but wasn't allowed to share it with anyone because I signed a confidentiality agreement. It really is quite a fun tidbit. Originally, the game didn't have any ______ in it at all. But, because the _____________________, they decided they had to add some in so that __________ would make sense. XD

But, that agreement only extended till the game came out, so now I can talk about it all I want.

BioWare does pretty good games, I remember being addicted to Neverwinter Nights (Pre-WoW) lol (:

DragonAge is alright, controls are a bit choppy but graphics = TOP OF THE LINE.
So many customizations, I like that.

This is one of the games I've been meaning to check out, but that I just haven't found the time for between raids, Stereo and fleetbattles in EVE.

I also exist on DeviantArt.

You can eat and sleep later. This is important! :P

Actually, I haven't played this yet, although its on my list. I just played the original Mass Effect and loved it.

A question for those who play: is it really tremendously gorey? I don't really need gore. You see a few pavement pizzas and it just seems so pointless.
I don't really feel like this is so much the "Post-Modern" era as much as its the "Pre-Zombie-Apocalpse" era. I consider myself more of a forward thinking guy and an era that just won't die is just as feasible as a coming era, where the dead come back.

I don't believe it is that gorey. It's just the right amount of gore IMO.

I love all the options it the game and the storyline (and Alitair <3)
I recently downloaded the EP Awakening and so far so good (haven't finished it yet because my bro nags me to level my Druid with his Shammy lol)

I would defiantly recommend this game XD

I have the game xBox and started playing it and assumed that you could have many stories going on as you played it seeing as it has an option to choose saved file or something (Can't remember what it actually says on the screen, as i haven't been on my xBox for ages). So i started a new character and realised you can only have one char at a time, so i done all the introductions for achievements and when i get a tv in my room again, i need to start playing it a bit more.

But from what i've played it's definately a good game if you're in to fantasy games.

Assuming you made a save with your old character, you can have multiple characters. On the Load Game screen check the bottom, there should be an option for "Switch Character" or something along those lines. It's the square button for PS3, no idea about Xbox. Basically each character has their own list of saved games, which is why you don't see saved games for other characters unless you switch to that character.
