Re: bm pvp specing
This (Secondary) is a very solid BM PvP spec.
Compared to the spec linked above--I'd definitely take Improved Mend Pet in BM (at the cost of 1 Frenzy & Focus Fire, which imo are more PvE-oriented anyway), and definitely pick up Survival Tactics over in Survival, rather than Point of No Escape. I also took Hunter vs Wild for an extra 15% stamina over 3% haste, which again is more of a PvE talent.

Re: bm pvp specing
I revamped my BM PvP spec just now: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/n ... /secondary
That's what i'd use in arena, and i've had experiece in 2700 bracket in 2v2 (not on my hunter) which isn't saying a lot because it's only 2's, lmao. With BM talents, I don't like Pathfinding, pretty sure that talent used to be called animal handler which was good, but they changed that with cata. Killing Streak procs quite often for me but I always miss the 2 sec window. I consider 2/2 Imp mend pet to be a bit of a waste, but I invest 1/2 points in the off chance that my pet gets hit with a debuff that lasts longer than 30 seconds - 1/2 means that I can remove it, but most nasty pvp debuffs are under 10 sec anyway so regardless of 1/2 or 2/2 they'll usually expire before you get the chance to remove them, removing them 2-3 seconds earlier than normal isn't really beneficial either.
In survival, I always get 3/3 HvW 15% HP boost is great, this season I think i'm going to bulk up with a little more stamina and pack on the resil, my aim being 150k health and 3900-4000 resil. the 3% haste boost from Pathing is welcome but i've always preferred Improved serpent sting, so much so that i've picked up the serpent sting glyph in place of the kill command one. I might switch back this patch to see if I notice any real difference, but with agil/crit rating being the BM's main focus in regards to stats it really accommodates the 6% and 10% crit increase to the SS ticks, like glyph of raptor strike, the SS crit boost is very useful to me when i'm left 1:1 and having to kite on low health. The only downside is that the crit boost from the talent expires after 15 sec, so cobra shot's refresh effect doesn't help you have to re-apply the sting, not sure if the same rings true about the glyph.
Point of No Escape seems rather useless to me, as does trap mastery, Survival tactics is something you'd pick up if you were intending on using the Disengage glyph; I never use that talent or the glyph because 90% of the time my disengage is ready whenever I need it, should I ever need that talent in the future i'd drop Imp serpent sting and consider re-applying the KC glyph.
With the glyphs there's a few things that stick out, namely the Major Glyphs: Glyph of Bestial Wrath and Mend Pet are both no-brainers, but then there's:
Raptor Strike,
Master's Call,
Disengage, and-
Concussive Shot,
Raptor Strike - is good for getting close and personal against other hunters, especially when they're not BM spec. the 20% dmg red with 80% uptime is useful in 1:1 situations.
Master's Call - that's what I use because I have far too many issues with snares, crippling poison being the most prominent and 4 sec just doesn't cut it most of the time.
Disengage - cuts the CD from 25 to 20 sec and is a good option if you're not having trouble with snares, kiting, or killing other hunters.
Concussive Shot - unfortunately it does nothing against Pally HoF which is the biggest pain in the ass imho, but it will cancel out speed boosts entirely, dash, sprint, the speed increase procs most healers gain after certain spells (and they will utilize these to run away/LoS you VERY often.) It locks the target at 100% movement speed despite movement increasing effects, and then applies the 50% speed reduction. 6 sec duration 5 sec CD, even i'm considering picking this one up in place of master's call.

In short, be sure to get at least 1/2 in [Imp Mend Pet], [Killing Streak] isn't really worth it, 3/3 [Hunter vs. Wild] and at least 2/3 [Pathing]. The rest is mainly preference. =P
