Spirit Beasts - equal dps?

I am trying to find the post on the Hunter Forums (us); that mentioned some spirit beasts did a little more damage than others; can anyone confirm this?

I think someone mentioned that it's a marginal difference, & obviously it's which one you like using opposed to the damage output.

All spirit beasts have exactly the same stats, so I fail to see how any one of them can be better.

If this is from the EU servers I bet I know who probably started it. There was a nut a while back screeching for Loque and wanting to tame him and had anyone seen him cause amigawd they're Fixing Loque he's going to do imba dps in the next patch!!!

They all do the same dps if they're specced the same. When I specced Gondria and Loque, I inadvertently specced them slightly different, so my Gondria and Loque have different armor, different health, different damage. With the way it worked out, Skoll and Gondria are more Ferocity and Loque is more Cunning. Figure when I get Arcturis I'll make him more Tenacity.

If their talents are set up identically then they should be doing the exact same DPS. They're just different skins of the same pet family, the same as if you were to get any sort of Wolf but they are equal aside from appearance.
