After running dailies and arenas I was checking in on my Worgen hunter Brophy to move him from the Molten Front and to swing by SW to grab some new honor gear when I logged in and NPCScan goes off with Skarr. Now I don't know if your like me but it is almost without a doubt someones pet. One does not simply walk into Molten Front without NPCScan fibbing lol.
Anyway like a good obsessive hunter I click it anyway and see that yes in fact it is a WILD Skarr. Skirting the flames of many deaths and seeing him just sitting on his new rock (yes new spawn spot. anyone else notice the new spawn for Skarr/Karkin? the one that Blizz seems to have added to the jumping impaired). It surprised the living hell at me that hunters were not clawing each other's eyes out for a chance at this lovely pet.
I go in for the tame hitting macro 1 of my two part Skarr/Karkin macro and notice right off that the tame part of it is not working as I'm not being burned alive by this black gem cat. Feigning an eating I get closer to the edge and hit the first macro again and just throw in a tame beast click to comp for my macro being a retarded piece of jkfblsdglabg. Watch for my mid point of the barrage of death hit macro numero two and wait for Skarr to come hang with the rest of my pack. Other then being a lil far from him at first for the /tame beast to work the first time and having to FD and try again it went of as smooth as his gemmed hide.
Second 'fun' tame of the day decided to check all my hunters before bed. All of them are sitting over some spawn spot. Checked Brophy (Worgen) with a quick pass of the Regrowth. Nope no Mag. Log over to Vargr (Dranei) who is STILL UP A TREE (see other post lol). Nope nada there. Log on to Bodhran (Tauren) and do another quick fly over of the Regrowth for Mags. Nothing. I head over to do a quick scan of the Spiders and Skarr. Portal in and mount up and have two Pings almost right off as I was passing into the Forlorn Spire area. Solix and Deth! Honestly Solix it to close to the common reds for me to really care to die on him ...some more.
I check and see if anyone is trying their luck at Deth. Hello ghost town population Deth and NPCs. So being in a bad luck situation with only BM/MM I still try my [un]luck. Dirt naps all around. Recalling a story about someone helping a kid in their guild get Deth with their DK CC (chains of ice or something like that?) I keep /whoing hoping there is a late night DK doing their dailies. At last one comes in and being a dope with some bling I offer 1k if they help me tame him. He says sure he'll try. Well being the awesome person he is I am now the proud papa of "Bluwithenvy" and he is off to do his dailies 1k and another 'I'm so happy and thankful here is a big extra bonus for your help' richer. It is worth it IMnotsoHO. Uber thx to DK Darkangle on Alexstrazsa

That so makes up for loosing Banny on Vargr AGAIN for like the 6th time today. >.> Stupid person *mumble mumble*
Almost added Skarr to Bodhran's pack as well after Deth but a Orc got him before I could hop my way over and up to him. I gave both the person that tamed the Solix that popped at the same time as Deth and the Orc that got to Skarr before me a uber gratz even if I was slightly bummed that I could not snag him as well.

My ticker for each hunter and the 4.2 rares go as fallows (and pics will come when I find where my bro moved the SS folder):
Bodhran (Tauren)- Tamed: Ankha, Anthriss (only one that knew how to tame her when she popped), Ban'thalos, Karkin (right place at the right time), fake Kirix (lol)
Vargr (Dranei)- Tamed: Ankha, Magria, fake Kirix
Brophy (Worgen)- Tamed: Ankha, Skarr, fake Kirix, EDIT: Magria!!!
By the way I H-A-T-E Kirix! He is the one Spider I have seen the most and died the most to. I think like several have said he is WORST then Deth. I took great joy in my 'revenge' *coughcough* of taming my fake Kirixes and giving the the apt name/s "ToxicImpostr"

And if I miss out on Banny one more time on Vargr I swear I will kill someone... /cry Six or seven misses is more then enough. Ugh oi...
