Quest: Nature's Blessing
I did this quest in an attempt to get the Infernal Ambassadors achievement, did not TOUCH the emerald, but still didn't get the achievement. Did I do something incorrectly?
I didn't cleanse myself of poison in any way, slayed Pyrawhatever but still didn't get the achievement. This is the last one I need and each time I don't get credit for not using the emerald even though I don't touch the emerald. What's going on here?

Actually, I have no bloody idea what happened on that. I got that Achivement by random, and I was like, Huh? when I saw I got it. You also might wanna check again, because you might've forgotten about "Slay Galenges before he is weakened a second time". This actually happened to a friend on her DK, so you never know.

Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
I have every part of the achievement complete except the Pyraspider one, I checked to make sure like you said. Maybe I have to solo Pyra with no one else around? Thats difficult when people come in and just start dpsing him at random when they see him.

Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
That might be it. I solo almost everything in the Molten Front, so I could have no way to tell, but if someone else was attacking the spider dude, it might be that.
Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
You do also have to be the one to summon it for it to count.

Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
Aye, did that. But I'm now guessing I have to do it on my own without random people flying in and getting the killing blow or whatever. This is a pretty annoying achievement.

More importantly, you have to be the one to tag it.

I believe it is a combination of the following: you need to summon it, you need to be the first person to hit it, you need to make the killing blow. Make sure you do all 3 if possible. I would wait until no one else is around before summoning.

^ This, yes. Thats the pain in the rumpus about the achievement. I think I got it on accident.peanutbuttercup wrote:I believe it is a combination of the following: you need to summon it, you need to be the first person to hit it, you need to make the killing blow. Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
You don't need to be the one to summon it, just make sure you tag it first - I got one of those achievements that way (there were a ton of players all chain summoning; in the chaos someone tagged mine, so when that went down (and I didn't get the achieve), I just tagged the next one to come up and got it). You don't even have to be on the quest*.
Tagging can be confusing with the molten front quest elites due to the fact that they don't turn gray when tagged (and anyone can loot them, if we're talking about lava giants and whatnot) - this all becomes clearer when you do the wolf howl daily; if you don't tag the mob first you won't be able to do the ghost howl over its corpse.

That being said....I think its stupid you gotta tag it to get the achieve. x.x;Worba wrote:You don't need to be the one to summon it, just make sure you tag it first - I got one of those achievements that way (there were a ton of players all chain summoning; in the chaos someone tagged mine, so when that went down (and I didn't get the achieve), I just tagged the next one to come up and got it). Cool. I guess I'll go stand around his portal and wait for someone to summon him and just spam click his spawn place and keep hitting my attack buttons. I can tell I'm going to hate this achievement.

Re: Quest: Nature's Blessing
It's actually not quite that bad. A lot of the guys that you have to tap first to get the achievement spawn as unattackable. I found as a hunter, it was very easy to select him during that part, and then just spam press arcane shot or serpent sting. Only time I had an issue with first tap was on the Ready for Raiding 2 one.. And that was just for the last one I was doing. Seems it was everyone's last one, so there were maybe.. 10 of us (with someone new coming every time someone left). You can also enter a group with the other people doing the quest, and that will let you get the tap. That's how I ended up getting ready for raiding 2... teamed with another hunter and we both spammed arcane shot, heh.Sarantha wrote:Cool.
