Texas residents (Austin) - asking for a favor

If anyone here happens to live in the Austin area, I was wondering if you might know of any places looking for roommates or tenants? My friend there really needs a place to live soon, and I know it's a slim chance, but I figured I'd ask here just in case. Thanks for any help!

Hi! I'm said friend. I promise I'm not creepy or anything. I'm pretty messy, but i keep it confined to my room/living space/whatever. I'm currently working with the BSA council in Austin doing an afterschool program with inner city kids and i have an internship at a local recording studio. I'm just looking for a cheap place to live so I can stay in Austin and not have to move somewhere else and start job hunting/internship hunting all over again.
