The Mojo Bringer [Help me out, making a look for a troll]

I'm trying to create a look for my troll hunter. The name of the look is 'The Mojo Bringer'. Currently this is how it looks like, which I'm quite happy. However I have no idea what kind of staves or polearms that can suit with the look since the one I like is not available in game anymore
