I have finally reached my goal on my undead hunter!
I created Spiders with the intent to tame one of each spider model in the game. Before Cataclysm, that was 22 models. With the inclusion of the new lava spider models there are 27...however! I have decided to freeze Spiders at level 80. Northrend is my favourite content in the game, and WotLK was my favourite expansion. I realized it would be fun to have a character stay in that era permanently, and I've really been enjoying running the Wrath dungeons again. Plus, keeping her at 80 means I could stick with my original plan of taming just the spider models that existed when I created her, and not have to worry about the lava ones since there wouldn't be room for all of them anyways. I have Sabbath on Vephriel in any case, and that's fine with me. ^^
The last spider I had to tame was Terror Spinner, the rare in Zul'Drak. Though there were identical models at the same level in Icecrown, I had to go after Terror Spinner specifically. It was my final goal, and he proved to be quite exasperating. xD After disappearing right out from under my nose about 5 days ago I finally tracked him down last night and completed Spiders' stables.
