Good tablets for decent prices?
Recentally, I have been looking at tablets for personal reasons, and wondering, which ones are good, and for decent prices (The most I can save up too is about 300 USD, and that will take at least till Easter, 2012), and wondering which are the best.
And another question I have is, can we use Photoshop on Tablets? Or something like that?
Well...that's all I really have to ask for now..

Photoshop possibly, but it would be striped down version of it I would asume. The Tablets don't have alot of power, there more of a over-sized touchscreen phones basically. Windows tablets seem to be nice, however all they did was take Windows 7 and put it on a Tablet with touchscreen interface. If you want to be able to customize it, you can go android. If your looking for something that is more familiar to you, then a windows tablet might a good deal. I'm pretty sure there is going to be some pretty crazy deals on tablets on Boxing day or shortly after. Depending how much you have saved up by then, you could get one then.
For getting one now @ $300, you probably could, but it's not going to be very good in quality. It will be by some name brand you never heard of before and a small screen.

I believe if you can believe out of nothing an explosion (big bang) happened then how far fetched can god be?

Re: Good tablets for decent prices?
-is canadian, not sure what prices would be states wise-
bf bought a tablet for $400 without tax (it was i think about $460 or something, but he also bought a shoulder bag to carry it in), the LED screen is 10.1 inches, id say 11 inches total width and height aint very tall, id say maybe 7-8 inches, maybe 9 (cause im bad at judging distance, height, length, depth). Ones i saw that were under $300 were small enough to be held as if i was holding a young kitten, very tiny, i would go nuts trying to see that screen.
Drawing tablets tho, they are for art, regular tablets are indeed like oversized phones, and they arent very good for art (nor do they have very much space), drawing tablets range according to their size, i currently have an eye on a Medium sized one for $400 at future shop that doesnt require me to have a specific program installed on my computer (some of them actually required Photoshop to use but im not spending an extra $600 for that), i would much prefer the large but neither Best Buy or Future Shop locations ive visited sell them (retarded, they have no price tag or shelf space for large, just small and medium). Drawing tablets are like drawing on paper but you draw on a touch pad and it shows up on the computer.

You can get a Tablet for as Cheap as $100 on the Best Buy American site. Keep it mind, it's specs are not very hot, small screen etc..
There is a ViewSonic with 8 gig memory,7 inch screen. $170.

I have to agree. It would help if we knew exactly what you wanted it for. If you want something so you can draw like on paper, a drawing tablet is better, but requires a computer. I have a Bamboo fun (gift from a few years back, so not sure on cost) that I LOVE.
As far as a tablet oversized phone type thing... Why do you want it? If you want a portable computer type thing, you can get netbooks for under $300 now. They are quite small and you could even use a drawing tablet on one.
I personally am not a fan of the idea of these kind of tablets. I have an e-reader for reading, and the battery life on those things is INCREDIBLE (use mine for class notes every day, and studying, and have only had to charge it ONCE this semester), laptop for school work. My DS has a mobile browser (or oncampus I can just pull out my laptop), etc etc. The tablets, to me, almost seem a bit gimicky, though I'm sure for some people, they have their uses. So I would say if you can maybe explain why you're thinking "tablet" instead of some of the alternatives, maybe people could help more (example, I'm sure specs on all of them differ.. so maybe the cheap ones won't even be capable of your main reason for wanting one, like, I don't think the blackberry one can do wifi without a blackberry phone to connect it to)
