but the sight doesn't seem to be working- the URLs are just normal ones and when I do use them they dont change randomly

You'll need to get the image's direct link.
What you'll want to do is when you have the image of choice, right click it. This should bring up the gray menu box. On the box, assuming you're right clicking the image, should be view image. Click that. It should lead you to another tab/window/whatever where it should be all white except for the image. That URL is what you put in to the signature rotater. (You can also use this with img tags, should you desire to post an image.)
