Need help with blue gear

I'm trying to find gear that will look good on Nicu with my pet Grimmjaw [see sig]. I'd really like to use my Pauldrons of Nalorakk and keep it mainly blue. Anyone have any ideas of cool looking gear that wont be too hard to get?

Edit: After searching the forum this seems to be a common want but no one seems to have any suggestions....

I'll see if I can help you tonight whe I get home. The idea I have if someone sets it up before hand is a northrend set from the raids/dungeons... can't recall the names though >.<

Edit: or there is always the trusty riftstalker, though not too sure how that will look with the shoulders.

I checked out the one set you mentioned and it's not really the blue I'm looking for. How ever I did find a bow and polearm that I like and think that the light blue goes with my shoulders a bit and my pet as well.

I've got a set based off the formidable gear that seems to go well with Loque. The colors of it are a light teal to silver. Linked here. The goggles drop from somewhere in Ulduar and you don't have to be an engineer to use them.

There is also a set I put together to match the crypt fiend slayer (and my Skoll) so the colors of that one are a lot more dark blue and brown. Linked here

Unfortunately neither of them matches the shoulders.

Well it's not completely finished but I FINALLY got my pants tonight after a little over a month of farming.

The bow doesn't completely go and I'm still trying to get the polearm to go with it.

Looking for blue sets also! Leather at least has Darkmantle and that Bloodfang recolour but mail has very little to none.

I really wish Blizzard would bring back the old frost resistance gear for transmog which is only partially obtainable in game at the moment. These sets are almost the only cyan coloured pieces of armor I've found in game.. which is personally my favorite colour and it makes me so super sad we cannot get any of them in full anymore. D: The only that comes close is a cloth version because the robe covers the legs and there is a similar helm obtainable through a quest. Also you can get the same leather shoulders from a quest in Stranglethorn but that's about it.

This is a set I've seen brought up a few times, so I thought I'd do a set of pictures for it. It's probably one of the most revealing sets in the game if that's the look you're going for on your hunter, and is also one of the more primitive looks as well. This look is equally revealing on male models. I don't think I would use this set personally, but thought it'd be fun to do pics for it anyways.

Hunter T5 is largely blue, although the lightning bolt animation on the shoulder pads match Skoll better than Loque. There's also the 25-man version of T8, although that's significantly darker.

The Sonic Spear and both the ranged weapons above should be a good match to either set, although I still haven't found a blue staff that I really like.

Also those Pauldrons are awesome looking! I will have to look into getting myself those. It's horrible trying to match blues to go with Loque! I will definitely check out your thread.

Oh my... The Spear has dropped to me twice already. Once for my druid and once for my hunter. Good luck with it! Try doing it on a once-a-day basis?

It was also a pain in the back to get something that goes well with Skoll! He is so magnificently BLUE all over. Here's what I've decided to settle on for now: Yoruko's "Skoll Stalker" 1.0!
