Very old Hunter Quest

Hello. I have played a hunter since level 60 and i remember there was a quest in The Burning Steppes where you had some sort of a quest where you should either Kill/Tame/Kite a big dragon who hit like a truck and had very much HP. Do you remember the quest? What was the quest for? What was the name of the quest? How many people did it? What was the name of the dragon? Thank you. I have a feeling this is a hard nut to crack but i would appreciate if you let me knew what you know about what i just talked about because i went to Burning Steppes and i had a flashback of alot of memories ganking some people while they tried to do stuff to that dragon. I cant remember what the quest was for and the dragons name etc. Can ya help me? Thanks!

Franklin the Friendly was one of the demon mobs you had to kill during one phase of the quest, he was found in the Burning Steppes.

As for dragons, you did need to get Mature Black Dragon Sinew, which dropped from any of the black dragons in the area.
