Beetle Swim Animation

I apologize if this is a repeat topic or something already known, but after doing a quick search on the forums I didn't see anything about it. But anyway, when did beetles gain a swim animation? :O I was questing in Uldum out in the part where the water snakes are and pulled my beetle out in the cave part of the quest and noticed that he wasn't just walking through the water, but actually swimming in it. I don't remember the gem beetles swimming before, but maybe I'm just stupid.

I've never seen one swim before. I don't have one as a pet looks pretty cool tho!

Thanks for mentioning this. I'm not sure when they started swimming. I haven't been in the water much in a long time.

Oh good, I'm not going crazy then and they haven't been doing it for a while or something. I was pretty sure they weren't swimmers. Hrm, I'll have to go test this on one of the older beetle skins.

With Rose's beetle (the one pictured) I know I paddled through the water for a little while just watching him swim; it's a pretty cute little animation. :3

Well, it appears that all beetles got some swim animation love. ^_^

I'm assuming 4.3 as well since I took a break from WoW right before that patch came out and I know they weren't swimming in any of the previous patches. I'm surprised no one caught it during my two month break. Unless maybe they just added it in that quick little patch on Tuesday...?
