Cats
Pandaria Tiger model:
All except for the "God" model are tameable.
Turtles
Dragon Turtle model:
There are two models of dragon turtle, which both use the same set of skins. The "Epic" model has fins and a spikier shell.
Regular model:
All except the odd "DragonTurtleBlack" the end are available/tameable.
"Epic" (finned and spiky) model:
All except the purple, and the odd "DragonTurtleBlack" the end are now available/tameable.
Raptors
Basic 'primitive' riding raptor model:
One has been made tameable on the beta (Drakkari Riding Raptor, which uses the "Tomato" skin). We can always hope more will appear, but there aren't any other attackable free-standing raptors that could be used currently.
Swift riding raptor model:
Two of these colours have already appeared on tameable beasts in MoP, both on the Amani Riding Raptor. Let's hope more appear!
Cranes
All are now tameable except for the "God" model.
Porcupines
Originally tameable by accident, they were so cute they decided to keep them. All are now tameable.
Quilen
These are a new exotic family. Quilen look a lot like Chinese guardian lion statues, rather than their "qilin" namesake.
Organic:
All the organic skins are tameable.
Stone, unadorned:
Jade is unavailable.
Stone, adorned:
All are available from random variants of the one rare "Portent".
Moths
Same old model, same colours, but new wing/body colour combos. Theoretically any combo of wings and body colour could be used, meaning 36 possible combinations, including the originals! There are only two new combos so far, though, bring the total moth looks to 9:
Crabs
Deep Sea Crab Model:
Rather than using the same two highlight colours (purple and blue), they're now experimenting with using other skin colours for the highlights, to awesome effect.
Scorpids
Horde Scorpion Model:
Basilisks
Outland Basilisks
All are available.
Azeroth Basilisks
There exist four different crest colours for basilisks: jade, blue, purple and orange. Every combination of skin and crest is allowed. All except for three of the four purple combos (purple with jade, orange and purple crests) are now available:
BasiliskSkinBlack : Jade Crest, Blue crest, Purple Crest, Orange crest
BasiliskSkinBlue : Jade Crest, Blue crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinGreen : Jade crest, Blue Crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinBurgundyOrange : Jade Crest, Blue Crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinOrangePurple : Jade Crest, Blue crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinPurple : Jade Crest, Blue Crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinRed : Jade Crest, Blue crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinWhite : Jade crestBlue crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
BasiliskSkinYellow : Jade Crest, Blue crest, Purple Crest, Orange Crest
Worms
Silkworm model:
These guys were first tameable by accident. They decided to keep them anyway, as unlikely as they may seem as an intelligent creature... All colours but the dark one are available.
Water Striders
Another new family. Outland fen strider/spore walkers are being lumped together with Pandarian water striders, despite being nothing at all alike... Still, both look awesome

Mount model:
All are tameable.
Regular model:
All are tameable.
Spore / Marsh Walkers
All are tameable.
Ruminants, horned/antlered
Goats:
All are tameable.
Everything on the list from this point onwards is part of a non-tameable family. They've been left here out of hope and because they're the best candidates remaining of the new models...
Yaks:
Yaks could easily be grouped with goats, since they're both horned ruminants and both have a butt/gore type of attack. But there's been no sign of that happening. The one that was accidentally made tameable was fixed up a patch later. I'm leaving them here for now, in hope.
Pandarian Stags:
Mushan
Not a new family. I'm including them anyway as they're one of the best remaining candidates for a tameable beast amongst the new models. A couple were accidentally made tameable but were fixed up in the next patch. I don't hold much hope, but I'll leave them here for now.
Kunchong (Mantid Tanks)
Not a new tameable family. While Mantids are sentient humanoids, Kunchong are classed as beasts and look so much like silithid colossi it's not impossible they'll become tameable some day. There's no sign of that happening so far, but I'll leave them here for now.
Cloud Serpents
Not a new tameable family. Many are now beasts. They're probably not going to become tameable, but they are nice to look at and dream.
