Naming your Panda and Race Change

So if I am remembering right, when Pandaria comes out, we will no longer be able to make characters with accented names.

My main has an accent on her name and I would really be crushed if I had to change her name-but when Pandaria comes out I might be tempted to make her a panda if I enjoy the race enough after playing on a low level one.

If I do race change her, would I have to give her a new name without the accent or would it still be accepted?

You wont have to change her name unless you race change her.

Also so far in patch notes...we've not seen them actually implement this 'no accent' rule. That was a speculation awhile back.
