First Rare Tame In A While

I pretty much had all the pets I wanted months ago. Today while working on my shaman doing Fireland dailies I notice a lot of the spiders up ... zero interest in those but keep questing, when I see Skarr sitting on his rock.

Already have a cat I love (Wrynn the lion), maybe if he's still there when I finish questing.

Hearth, log off shaman ... log in hunter ... flying to Hyjal remember I already have five active pets, (and a full stable), return to stable master, ditch my ravager I never use .. fly out ... play dodge the fire, fail at playing hop on rocks, die but rezzed right where I want to be. Read up on Skarr taming .. silencing shot, nope not that spec today ... try anyway, fail 3-4 times. Hearth, find a trainer, learn enough to get silencing shot, buy a 20g haste potion of the AH ... fly back out ... kitty still sitting there patiently waiting. Do the tame with silencing shot, no problems ... I haz kitty!

Named her Una after a friend, sticking to my theme of doing so for this xpac.



Also abandoned the spotted cat I had (not rare) so I even *gasp* have a spot in my stables at the moment!

Yay, congrats! Same thing happened to me, he was just sitting there with not a soul in sight. Had time to re-spec and everything.
