Sadly the game is crashing to much for me to go nab a porkupine (;P) for myself, I'll have to try again later tomorrow and hope its been fixed, or atleast held together with duct tape.

Oh hey, mine's a different color! I found him near the white ones; saved him from a tiger in the Veridian Grove. Level 84.

For reference, these critter porcupines seem to have both the brown and the red.

So Calydonian is indeed red, and the brown could be a minipet(?).

Took Calydonian back to his birthplace, just to visit and check out porcupine colors. A white one spawned in his place, but seems to have claimed this small hill as his own.

Err...yeah, notgettingattachednotgettingattached....

Anyway! Look how much tinier Calydonian is than his wild counterpart! Can we keep them this size, pleeeeeeeeeeease?

EDIT: this is a pretty nice, detailed closeup.

(This is definitely not me not getting attached. -_-)

These guys are so blasted adorable, and I'm loving the size. I've always adored the really big or really small pets.
