New porcupines! Including the brown skin

The Lowland Porcupines are level 87 and can be found around Zouchin Village (Kun-Lai) in both brown and white skins.

They're huuuuuuge!

Enjoy this unbelievably terrible MS Paint graphic. Anyway, he's been named Griefer because I was in such a hurry to get to the brown porcupines that I ran off a cliff and had to rez at the nearby graveyard, and when I did, he was waiting for me in front of a cluster of nearby rocks. I leapt to tame him... and he ducked behind a rock. I ran around the rock... he ducked behind another rock. He did that three times before I finally managed to snag him! Then his wild self respawned and proceeded to photobomb every attempt at getting a screenshot of Kalli's Caly and the freshly-tamed porcupine napping. Clearly, this fellow is a troublemaker. I love him, though. <3 I just tamed him maybe an hour ago, and he's already earned his spot in my stables when live rolls around.

Tamed a brown one to try it out. I named her Blossom, for no particular reason at all, really. That's just what seemed right. XD wasn't really sure if she was a keeper at first, but then I really started spending time with her and it just clicked. So now not only do I have to find a hunter for her, I'd also like to give Koala (blue porcupine) a good chance when MoP is released to live. I forgot to posts screenshots before I logged off of my desktop so I'll post those tomorrow.

I know its probably a Beta Bug that causes the porcupines to shrink to half their size, but I like having my porky half its size. Makes it look cooler when he's tanking an enemy larger then him.

I so wish there was a black porcupine (my perfect envisioned skin). They're adorable models, but I just don't click with any of the available colours. I suppose that's not a bad thing, since I'd have to find room for yet another new pet if there was. x)

Hi, Blossom! <3 You are correct about the porcupine attraction. Griefer shows his affection by allowing Blossom to share his table. Or his pot. Or his bench. Whatever he happens to be claiming at the time, she can share it. This is more than I can say for myself!

Those really are gorgeous pics! The artists did such a great job on this model. I suspect it was only meant to be a critter but scaled so well and looked so cool it'd be a crime not to use it more.
