Has anyone (on this site) actually found this in game? According to what I've found online this is a rare spawning random dungeon in NE south highlands... but I must've respawned the area 50+ times already and no luck.
I have heard people variously saying it's bugged and doesn't appear, or that it WAS bugged but has since been stealth fixed... but has anyone here actually seen it in-game?

As of today's patch they fixed the Lyceum bug, and I was able to get in w00t.
Unfortunately despite opening / killing / destroying everything therein, there was no sign of the Villager's Journal.
So either the journal is a rare-spawn-within-a-rare-dungeon, or it's still bugged.
Still, progress!

After some more research online I found the Villager's Journal also was fixed today - but it is in the Old Ruins not the Lyceum. 
Confirmed I was able to get it to spawn on my 2nd trip there (for me it appeared in the SE corner).
