Interesting. I have a feeling this is a bug, though there's always the hope not.

On the PTR, at the moment, I not only have the blue dragonhawk in my inventory (from the Alliance mount collection on Kura), but the *red* dragonhawk (from the Horde-side mount collection).

I wonder if this is intended, and we now get both! Or if someone didn't go 'Whoops. That shouldn't be marked as both sides'.

Yeah, I would guess it's just a glitch with the mount sharing stuff they're working on. But it would be nice to have both on all toons.
