I've only done sets relevant to hunters so far (still have raid sets to go). From the Wowhead info it looks like all colours are being covered, though sometimes sets in Wowhead never make it into the game, or Wowhead info is just wrong. Not all of them have known sources yet. Some are probably world drops and the drop info isn't uploaded yet. If you have info on a source, please let me know
