the old pvp 60 sets still unavalible for mogging?

as the title says.. was wondering if they still were unavalible for mogging?

would love to mog the green set but last i tried i could not :/

You can only if you have the old Gladiator title I believe.

Nope, as far as I know they have no plans to make them available unless you had the old PvP titles.

Which really sucks, because that bow is the only ranged weapon that matches my latest set perfectly. :(
