I almost had King Krush. I failed my first few tries (I came within a heartbeat at one point). I went to grab another trash pet for the enrage to try again..and he was dead.

I was so close.

Yes keep trying. I tried for months, had group of 5 of us helping me. Like you failed first few attempts and on my next go a random mage was hiting Krush. We all asked please dont kill we wish to tame. All i got from mage was "only if you give me 500g" so he killed it. I was sad. But 6 weeks later a friend found him and I had another go. I got him on first tame. As he feared i hit beastial wrath on hope his fear on cool down, abandon pet, and tame. Its a great feeling to get after long time after, 11 months for me. So be patient, get friends to help look and im sure you will have him soon. Good luck.

Thanks all. In the meantime, I went to Un'goro to grab a regular one. I wandered here and there, circling with seemingly no luck. Then, out of the mists, silent as death, King Mosh appeared walking towards me. He smashed me up pretty good, but in the end, I convinced him to come with me. Upon his tame he roared. I guess we're bonded now. He'll walk my side until his time of shedding, when he *hopefully* will acquire a green skin.

You never hear as many horror stories about Mosh, mainly because he's so damn hard to find, and he shares his skin with his fellow Un'Goro devilsaurs. But taming Mosh is an achievement in itself, a little warm-up tame for Krush, I say. Well done!

Ugh, went through some trouble taming King Krush myself. Thankfully I was lucky and it only took two days (believe it or not I found him the very first night of looking but some people killed him while I was waiting on a priest to help), AND I was level 75. Yeah, I know...crazy. Couldn't have done it without my brother's shaman.

Anyhow, you will get him. It sounds like you were really close this time so I'm sure next time will be a success! If I were you (and if you are able), my butt would be back there in about eight hours, and wouldn't leave until I found him again. Hopefully he'll spawn for you at a non-peak time.

But for what it's worth, taming King Mosh is an achievement in itself! If I'm not mistaken, he has the same crappy fear and all that that King Krush has. So big congrats to you! I think the red/brown devilsaurs are awesome. In fact, my first devilsaur Deathclutch was a red/brown one. I do kinda miss the old fellow, I'll probably get him back in Cataclysm.

Argh! Nooooo! I'm so sorry you lost him again. The good news is that you've already seen him twice as often in about a week than other people have in a year. You seem to be getting closer to the tame...one of these times will be it! Wish you the best of luck!

Saw him again just now, but an ally pally saw him and tagged him at the tame time I did. I did the cry emote, and he did an apologize, but it was too late, he was gone.

Aww getting King mosh is quite the acheivement! You'll get King krush you just need alot of patience. Off peak hours are the best to check for him. It prevents getting your heart broken by some "person" who kills him right from under you. I usually like looking in the morning at around 6-7. But may have to get up one of these days at 2 in the morning and go and get him. (Sleep is underrated right?! haha)
A great idea is to make as many friends as you can in shola, I have actually made a few who are willing to help me in some way if King krush is up. So you can make a cute macro as well and spam it like every hour or so (not too much or else people get mad lol) but mine goes like
Wanted: Yoshi Alive (not dead) Stats: BIG, UGLY, and eats gnomes for breakfast. Reward for his location and my safe capture of him. Thank you.

Lol, thanks for the tips. So far every time I've spotted him it's been in the hour of 7am. I've been flying the basin this morning, but so far, no luck.

On a side note, I took Mosh to ICC last night. He was a big baby the whole time. He refused to walk the plank to the gunship, and he hid behind me for Saurfang. I wish I'd taken a screenshot, lol.
