Tri Sets of Pets/Mounts/companions

Does anyone know if there is a list anywhere that shows all the tri sets available, by Tri set i mean where you can get an exact matching Mount, Pet and Companion.

I have the Swift Lovebird Set, the Darkmoon Strider set, Winterspring Frostsaber set, Blue Dragonhawk set

I am sure there must be a few more available, but can't find any guide.

Can anyone help, or know of any other sets
