Krosh "the broken?"

Hey i just tamed Krosh the turtle in the valley of four winds. Being that he is the only spiked green/blue dragon turtle i went to go tame the exact Npc. He is a great pet and all until he starts walking...

If you attack him then he will make a loud stomping noise (if hes walking towards you that is). I tamed him and krosh will still make the loud stomping noise. I dont know of any other turtle that does this but i just want to know.

Has anyone else gotten the same problem? is this intentional or a bug?

Yep, he does the stomp for me too. The other spiked dragon turtle that does it is the elder sea dragon from Krasarang Wilds. The rest of them are ok, but the rankbite ancient tames very small, so you know.

I reported it as a bug, which I sincerely hope it is. I can't stand the loudness of it and even tho that's the turtle I want, it will have to wait until they (hopefully) fix it.

Please don't. The loud stomping noise is the only reason I tame em.

This was known on the beta. So I believe it's not a bug as much as a feature that will annoy some people. Maybe if it annoys too many they'll change it, but I think it's cool that at least a few pets do that, as long as they don't all do it.

I understand that people like the pet because its unique.

In my opinion though when giving it to the only green/blue skin color of the spiked turtle in the game its kind of upsetting. Now if they made another blue/green spiked turtle that didnt make the noise i think everyone would be fine.

But for now i guess ill have to use another turtle.

Yeah....that and the elder seadragon. Unique and uniquely loud. Now, I understand that its neat for some people. But, what's cool for some is just a headache-inducing, pet-releasing annoying for another. And no, I'm not turning game sound off for one pet
