PTR download woes

PTR download woes

Hi, gals, trolls and tauren. I've been trying to download the PTR for the past 24 hrs and she just won't download for some reason. I've downloaded the "starter" from WoW.com, double clicked on it to start the download from the "news" screen that pops up, and then it tells me that I can't download it. I didn't know if any tech savvy individuals could let me know what I could do. I'd like to get to testing (by testing I mean get a WoW version of Mighty Morphing Power Rangers going) and see what everyone else sees.
