Rough preview they said, so probably missing a lot...might ghostly wings to match the rest of it? Odd looking in some places...had to see it in action before I can really say much.

It's fine Max, if the linked thread mentioned anything about the Pegasus mount in the title, it would be a little easy to post accordingly. It’s not so bad to have its own thread, most new mounts generally do.

Yeah, when I saw it posted on MMO originally, I popped over here, but struggled to find anyone posting about it. I knew it had been mentioned, then finally remembered it was in the "New Titan Model And other" thread


As much I think it's a pretty awesome looking beast...Is it me or has there also been a rather large influx of "Magic Stone" looking mounts? It started with the Stone Drakes... then the Stone/Winged Gaurdian, Stone Quilen, Jeweled/Stone Panther... x 5, Stone/Obsidian Nightwing, Stone/Amber Scorpid, Stone Direhorns x 4... and now a Stone Pony... : )

Animated creatures are very much in the theme of this patch, at least, so I definitely don't mind.

I'm still really curious about where this might come from, though. It does look like a Thunder Isle kind of thing, but then horses don't really seem to be a native Pandarian beast (that I can remember!). So maybe it is something thunderforged by players using non-Pandarian influences.

It also looks a bit like a horse version of a golem. So could be a magic faction reward.

I liked your idea of blacksmithing mounts, so I'm rooting for that, even though it's unlikely with the faction colors involved. :/

Yeah, with the whole "Stone/Flesh Crafting" it certainly makes sence. The Direhorns are stunning and fit perfectly.

And your right, Maybe it's just becuase of the fact it is a stone "horse" I dont really see it fitting into theme of this expansion either.

For some reason my Bliz Store senses are tingling....

I had an Idea (omg I know wtf is this magic!) what if they made a mount like a mining one that uses those rocks/stones you get from mining, like 100s of them!

I'm wondering if it will be quest related like the griffins and the wyverns or maybe even one of those new pvp rewards. If it's real...it seems a little strange maybe its an april fools day thing lol

I still wonder how you get it. We got a horse from last years year long sub deal maybe these are the new ones? Maybe it's a theme for the mounts that come with it? I mean there is no proof that the fariy dragon would be it (That is if they are doing a year long sub thing again)

The fact there's a blue and red one tells me one of a few things:

A. Recruit a Friend Mount (Unlikely).
B. New Scroll of Resurrection Mount.
C. Annual Pass Mount.
D. PvP Mount.

As there's no faction-specific achievements on the PTR yet, doubtful it's tied to the 5.3 dailies.
