"For the second year in a row, readers of the consumer-watchdog website The Consumerist have named Electronic Arts "the worst company in America," vilifying the video game publisher more than Bank of America, Comcast and Ticketmaster (which took second, third and fourth places, respectively)."

More posted in the article. Truthfully, I'm not surprised. EA has ruined companies like Bioware with them rushing content rather than pushing the date back to make sure the work is finished and a crapton of DLCs.

EA is the worst game company I've ever run across. They put out Sims 3 when it had game breaking bugs and never fixed it, and because they own every copyright ever, nobody can make another Sims like game without being sued. When you need customer service, you... well, honestly, you can't get it. They made their website to make it hard to get to customer service. They ignore bugs. EVERYTHING is expensive DLC, because they gotta milk those cash cows.

I'm glad it's getting bad rankings, but I don't think it'll change anything. :-/
