Low level rare spawn rates?

Hello I thought they reduced the times that low level rare spawns because of Crossrealms. But I am looking for The Evalcharr and not seen it up since the patch went live.

His spawn timer is really long.. I think about 24-48 hours. Correct me if I'm wrong :p

I've heard the same about his spawn rate, which is very annoying, as I've been looking or Evalcharr as well!

I seen him up today on an alt lock but he just despawned? Is he phased now?

Were you flying? Flight paths are on a different CRZ

I've looked for that pet too but never found him

I usually log at the spot and check again when I log in again. Crz realm does make things harder I think...sigh so annoying!

While doing the new Barrens weekly on my shaman and farming up enough resources to buy an item (and stockpiling enough of the other resources to last through 3 weeks of weeklies) I've seen Humar up at least 4 times. Twice he was alive, and twice he'd been killed. The last time I saw him, I swapped over to my hunter and flew out there to tame him.
