ZAMGGG HOW DO I MAKE THEM?
To get the schematic on the PTR, you have to kill something in Pandaria on your Engineer, and it drops this book. May take a few kills, I have gotten them in Vale, Valley, and Summit. Once you "read this book", it will be consumed and you will learn the following five items:

Note I only threw in Sky Golem for reference. The Advanced Refridgeration Unit requires 5 Jard's and 5 Living Steel, and is a 36 slot cooking bag.

His idle animation, he flips a pancake then acts all proud of himself (as he should be!)
I know Pierre isn't really new, but at least he made it in to the PTR finally! His running animation is hilarious too.
