Haha. I actually mix spinach, chocolate almond milk, and banana in a smoothie almost daily. Yummy and a good dose of popeye.

I was watching that show on the food network called Drive-ins, Diners, and Dives , and the guy went to a place that makes a "salad" with Lettuce and Tomato and onion topped with slices of prime rib and topped again with French fries cooked in pure lard. They call it a steak salad and it's one I could definitely go for. I'm not a big salad fan otherwise

Haha, I'm vegetarian and I'm not a salad fan either. I prefer spinach and other dark greens cooked. Best I usually do is buy some of that shredded broccoli to use as a salad base, not fond of the leafy stuff.
