Does anyone here have any of these mounts, or do they know anyone who does? I'd like to know whether they're actually single-player mounts, like older Arena mounts, or whether they truly are account-wide.

Anyone know an Arena mount collector?
Wowhead lists all Arena Season reward mounts from Season 11 onwards as "Account-Wide". That is, the Cataclysmic Gladiator's Twilight Drake, and all the Gladiator's Cloud Serpents. You can see them all at the bottom of this page.
