I understand its way early still, so things can/will change. It should also go without saying, but this is just my opinion/perspective. Nothing more

Survival
This spec feels OK-ish to me. The button pruning took Serpent Sting as a button away and baked it into Arcane Shot. This makes Cobra Shot's Sting refresh nearly unnecessary since Arcane Shot is the focus dump, and applies SS at full duration each time.
For the most part, focus capping wasn't a problem with Arcane Shot being instant, even when I specced into the new Focusing Shot (2.74 cast, restores 50 focus, replaces Cobra). However if you combine Focusing Shot with Thrill of the Hunt, it becomes a real concern. Even when specced into other abilities like Murder of Crows and Glaive/Barrage to spend focus on, I found myself getting really close to focus capping. This concern is present if you take Dire Beast and Focusing Shot but not as much. Speccing Fervor and Focusing Shot isn't a problem, as Fervor simply takes the place of a single Focusing Shot every 30 seconds. The FoT (Focus over Time?) that Fervor gives never was a problem for me, I was able to bleed focus off well enough.
I have three main concerns with SV as it is right now:
1- Suvival has zero native big cool downs (the kind you blow during burn phases). Sure you can spec Stampede or Murder of Crows but still SV has no native CD. This concerned me, but maybe they got something in mind. I can't recall if any other DPS specs out there have no "big" cooldown to burn.
2- No execute since it lost Kill Shot.
3- The only spec that has keeps the 100 focus pool. Not a problem in and of itself, but coming from MM or BM, it can be a little jolting.
Marksmanship
Rotationally, I had no problems with MM. It is likely a matter of taste, since MM's focus dump is a 50 focus 2.3 second (modified by haste) cast and its signature shot has a 9 second cool down.
That being said, focus capping is a real concern for me here. With MM perks, you now have a 120 focus pool, Aimed Shot crits grant 20 focus, and Chimera costs 10 less (to 25). This was manageable to me until I specced Thrill of the Hunt or Focusing Shot. Dire Beast also made focus a concern, but to a lesser extent. This is all exacerbated by the Careful Aim passive, that highly increases crit rate when targets are above 80% or during Rapid Fire (which also increases focus regen via haste).
Speccing both Thrill of the Hunt and Focusing Shot made me overrun in focus at a target dummy since I was always in Careful Aim range, so I had to go fight something big, like a Warbringer. These things didn't stay alive as long as I would have liked, so I stepped it up and went to Sha of Anger. While he wasn't really killing me, the constant MC and adds made it impossible to test. So I thought Galleon. Can't keep threat on pet and he hits too hard. So I wasn't able to test this fully, but with a base crit rate of 26% (increased if you have crit pet), I can see focus being something MM will have to keep a tight check on throughout the fight if you take these talents.
In my opinion, Marks losing Arcane shot was a problem, not because it is an interesting shot, but it served a vital role: instant cast focus dump. Aimed gets a little wonky as the solo dump in my opinion, but it can work if you manage your focus well.
Beast Mastery
I like where BM is at the moment. It no longer has Serpent Sting, and while it didn't add much gameplay, I do miss it.
I found that speccing Focusing Shot and Thrill of the Hunt, combined with reduced focus costs during Bestial Wrath, caused a lot of focus capping. However, when I went Dire Beast, it felt damn near perfect. The cool downs and focus aligned great, and felt (to me) like a great rotation. If all things stay the same, I will probably spec this way with BM. Fervor would work well too, but Fervor requires a higher skill cap to use efficiently, and I'm not that into it.
Talent Changes
I'm just gonna say it: I hate Stampede becoming a talent. Since Lynx Rush is out, I don't know when Blink Strikes will be used in the end game. (I will probably use it while leveling since things don't generally live long enough for Murder or Stampede). Mt guess is SV and MM will still want Murder of Crows, and I imagine BM wants the pet based CD in Stampede (depending how the damage works out). I like Blink Strikes as an ability, but when end game BM has to choose between it and Stampede, it just makes me scratch my head.
I know Lynx Rush has its issues, but I loved this talent, both as a part of burst and visually. Just don't like its removal.
New Talent: Exotic Munitions
This talent seems like a nice idea thematically, but seems a bit.. odd to me over all, especially as a talent choice. Incendiary is simply AOE damage padding and Poison is single target damage padding. Not really any gameplay there. Frozen is a permanent 50% slow on anything you are autoshooting. I don't know if PVP will want that over Versatility/Lone Wolf (as I can't imagine PVP will want Focusing Shot since it requires you to stand still), but I can't imagine Frozen ammo being balanced in PVP, especially considering we still have Concussive Shot, Glaive Toss, and Ice Trap for all the slows.
I like the idea a lot, but in practice, it doesn't seem good enough as a talent to me.
New Talent: Lone Wolf/Versatility
This is a talent whose viability is entirely based on the numbers. Since the numbers pass hasn't occurred, I didn't do much with this talent. It has no rotational impact. Assuming it is not just extremely low damage, this seems to be the strongest contender on this row.
The ability to provide buffs via Lone Wolf is neat as well, though you only get mastery, crit, haste, spell haste, stamina, or stats. The other things pets bring you just do without (like Ancient Hysteria).
New Talent: Focusing Shot
When I read this talent for the first time, I hated it. After using it, I think this is a good idea but with some problems. It definitely mixes up rotations, but it doesn't play well with Thrill of the Hunt. It works well with Dire Beast and Fervor. Taking this talent will probably require a higher skill cap so you don't constantly cap focus, but I like it. The other main thing is its competition with Lone Wolf/Versatility. I don't know if it'll stand up there. Thats for theorycrafters to tell.
Perks
The only perks I have concerns about are MM's. Three of them deal with focus (Aimed shot crits grant 20 focus, Chimera cost 10 focus less, focus pool increased by 20). When you combine that with MM's focus dump being a long cast, it all leads to MM's tendency to focus cap.
Other than that, perks aren't all that... perky. A lot of them are just flat damage increases. A few of the interesting ones are Kill Shot being usable at 35%, adding range to our max range on shots, healing in Camo, and trap CDs being shorter.
Other
1- Glyph of Misdirect is gone (using on pet resets CD). I about flipped tables when I saw this.
2- The ability works different now, and I think its good and bad. Threat transfer activate IMMEDIATELY when used (no more 30 second buff on the target that activates threat transfer at first damage). This isn't a problem if you have instant shots, but MM may have a problem with Aimed shot. It can fire off a Chimera shot, but then it waits 2+ seconds on Aimed shot to cast, so you lose those seconds of the threat transfer. It transfer threat for 8 seconds now though, but still 30 second CD.
3- Removal of Cower. No sir, I don't like it. Already needed it on my premade 90.
