It's a green gulp frog model with poison haze effect. Right in with the other frogs. lvl 34, twice their size

I saw him too! I was there to tame a bat and stumbled over him.

Yeah I killed him and he dropped a blue item.

According to Wowhead (I came across him while looking for information on the Yellow-Bellied Bullfrog) he also has a chance of dropping a frog box.

He doesn't seem rare though...

I really wish those things were tamable

He's not always up, but he does seem to spawn a little more often than most dungeon rares. I've done RFK a few times so far and only seen him once, but that's a small sample.
