Near Bradenbrook is a house that is part of a quest from Bradenbrook called Heathrow Manor. Inside the house everything is on fire, and you will take damage from the fire. I had a feeling there might be a treasure or something upstairs. There is a small mastiff named Grumpy upstairs that gives a quest. The quest completes when you take it; like follower quests do. I did not see a quest mark on the map while outside or inside the house to signify that there was a quest here.
At level 105, I got 1600 xp, 1g 74s, and Grumpy's Leash (the minipet).
